Der Brooklyner Produzent Marco Polo veröffentlicht gemeinsam mit DJ Mick Boogie aus Cleveland, Ohio das Mixtape "The Newport Authority“ und wird dieses als kostenlosen Download veröffentlichen.
Das Mixtape soll als Vorgeschmack auf "Port Authority", das für den 15. Mai angekündigte Soloalbum Marco Polos dienen und neben einigen Stücken des Albums auch mehrere exklusiv für das Tape produzierte Tracks enthalten.
Als nächstes steht dann das Album an, das nach eigener Aussage Marcos seinen Umzug von Toronto nach New York widerspiegelt und mit einigen großen Namen auf der Gästeliste aufbieten kann.
