Neuer Jigga-Diss von Beanie Sigel

Eigentlich könnte man mittlerweile einen Beanie Sigel-Ticker einrichten, auf dem dann täglich seine neusten Tracks gegen Jay-Z veröffentlicht werden. Denn nach "Average Cat“ und "I Fell Off“ gibt es nun zwei weitere Anti-Jay-Z-Tracks, auf denen Sigel seine Wut auf seinen Ex-Weggefährten raus lässt. Auf "How I Could Kill A Jigga Man“, eine Anspielung auf Cypress Hills "How I Just Could Kill A Men“, beschimpft Sigel Jay-Z als"Schlange“ und nannte ihn einen "schmierigen Schuljungen“.

"The takeover, nigga, the break’s over," rappt Sigel auf "How I Could Kill A Jigga Man“. "Fraud emcee, he, Jay Hova/Hey little soldier you ain’t ready for the rude boy/quick to pull the tool boy/back out to you boy…Yeah I send something to you boy, let these hollows run through you boy/I’ll ruin boy, make your body leak fluid boy…Can’t trust you like a pope and a school boy/Think you’re cool boy, ‚cause you’re running with the tool boy/You ain’t nothing but a mule boy."

 

Auf seinem zweiten Track "Think Big“ wettert Sigel erneut gegen Jay-Z, allerdings bekommt auch sein ehemaliger Label-Kollege Memphis Bleek ein paar Sticheleien ab.

 

Für Beanie Sigel scheint sich der Beef langsam ein wenig auszuzahlen. Für die nächste Woche wird er für die Titelstory der HipHop Weekly gehandelt und auch über ein neues Album wird zurzeit heiß diskutiert. Sigel sagte erst vor kurzem in einem Interview, dass Jay-Z seine Rap-Karriere behindert hätte, in dem er andere Rap-Superstars vor der Zusammenarbeit mit Beanie Sigel warnte.

Voll des Lobes für Jigga ist hingegen Busta Rhymes, der bald sein zwölftes Album heraus bringen wird. In einem Gespräch mit MTV sagte der Rapper, dass Lil‘ Wayne und eben auch Jay-Z "unglaubliche Alben“ gemacht hätten. Diese Alben seien Gefechte gegen die sterbende Industrie, sagte Busta in gewohnt dramatischen Unterton. Auch sprach er von seinem neuen Album, dass "The Chemo“ heißen wird. Der Rapper sagte, dass der Titel des Albums programmatisch zu verstehen sei, und dass seine LP wie eine "Chemotherapie für die erkrankte Musik“ werden wird.

"The new album is 80 percent finished, and it’s called The Chemo. It’s the first time I’m announcing the name of the album. It’s self-explanatory. We’re coming to kill the cancer in music. I ain’t trying to offend anybody. I think it’s real important that we keep — We gotta re-establish the understanding that the perspective of hip-hop is to make music that always felt undeniable and unprecedented and we set a standard. And we always made sure we supplied the demand of being the ultimate cutting-edge form of entertainment that we always have and will always be. We always did a good job at doing that.
